NONPARTISAN Productions Ltd — Booking & Cancellation Policy
All bookings with NONPARTISAN Productions Ltd are subject to a signed agreement. A non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to secure your date, payable upon signing. No date is considered confirmed until both the signed agreement and deposit have been received. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date. Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in the booking being released.
Cancellation by the client
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. The following terms apply based on notice given prior to the event start time:
- More than 60 days’ notice: deposit only is retained; any balance paid is refunded in full
- 30–60 days’ notice: deposit plus 50% of the remaining balance is retained; the other 50% of the balance is refunded
- Under 30 days’ notice: the full booking fee is retained; no refund is due
Notice is calculated from the date written cancellation is received by NONPARTISAN Productions Ltd.
Cancellation by NONPARTISAN Productions Ltd
In the unlikely event that NONPARTISAN Productions Ltd must cancel a confirmed booking, all monies paid including the deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days. Where possible, we will endeavour to recommend or source an alternative supplier.
Force majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for cancellation arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue closure, fire, flooding, pandemic, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, NONPARTISAN Productions Ltd will offer, at its discretion, either a transfer of the deposit to a mutually agreed alternative date, or a partial refund where costs have not yet been incurred. Force majeure does not automatically entitle the client to a full refund of the deposit.
Equipment & property
All equipment provided by NONPARTISAN Productions Ltd remains the sole property of NONPARTISAN Productions Ltd at all times. The client accepts responsibility for any damage to equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties during the event. Costs of repair or replacement will be invoiced to the client accordingly.
Streaming & connectivity
Where streaming or internet-dependent services form part of the agreed specification, these are provided on a best-efforts basis and are subject to venue infrastructure and third-party connectivity. NONPARTISAN Productions Ltd cannot be held liable for service degradation or failure caused by factors outside our direct control, including venue Wi-Fi, ISP outages, or third-party platform issues.
Right to decline bookings
NONPARTISAN Productions Ltd reserves the right to decline or withdraw from any booking at its discretion, including where the safety of our staff or equipment cannot be reasonably assured.
