NONPARTISAN Productions Ltd — Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your date:
- A fully refundable £100 deposit is needed along with a signed agreement.
- Balance is due 30 days before your event.
- If balance isn’t received 30 days before the event, we reserve the right to release your date.
If you need to cancel:
- Cancellations more than 30 days before the event: full refund of deposit and any balance paid.
- Cancellations Under 30 days: The £100 deposit is retained. Of the remaining balance, 50% will be refunded to you, with the other 50% retained to cover committed resources and lost booking opportunities.
- Cancellations must be in writing sent to our email address.
Equipment: All equipment supplied by NONPARTISAN Productions Ltd remains our property at all times. You’re responsible for any damage caused by guests or venue staff, repair or replacement costs will be invoiced accordingly.
Our right to decline: We reserve the right to turn down or withdraw from any booking if we have safety concerns about our team or equipment.
